Welcome to The West End Cultural Centre

The West End Cultural Centre is a venue where excellent art and music, representation, and inclusion all matter. We work hard to bring diverse, excellent music and shows to Winnipeg! We love connecting with artists, and bringing in shows we know our community will enjoy. The WECC is a registered charity and non-profit, and we are proud to offer free community programs and events, like Tune In free group music lessons, and The Ellice Street Festival. 

All the people of The WECC - its staff, patrons, artists, and volunteers - are a community. A volunteer crew of over 200 Winnipeggers staff the shows, mend the fences, and do all kinds of essential things behind the scenes. We also have a great time doing all these things!

We offer a wide variety of shows throughout the year, and you, as always, are invited.

WECC Merch Order

When you purchase WECC merch you’re supporting an arts non-profit and registered charity, and we are so thankful for your support! Your orders will go towards expenses like staff wages and keeping the heat on this winter. 

The ordering deadline is November 26th. We’re doing an order-ahead model because it results in less waste and is more sustainable. Items will be available for pickup at The WECC Dec 11th-19th, Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. If you want to leave your items with us until we’re back in the office in the new year, that’s ok too.
